About Me

Adriana: I follow a low carb eating plan. I've been following it for 6 months and have lost 34 pounds. I'm not a chef but I love to cook! I love coming up with new low carb recipes, and trying new ones too. I love taking pictures of the delicious food I eat on my plan and sharing the recipes with people who can use and enjoy them. I have a lot of new ideas for recipes which I will be continuously working on and sharing here in my blog. I don't make any profit from this blog. I do this for fun and to help the low carb community with new recipe ideas.
